Listening Campaign Results
During our 2025 listening campaign, the Maryland Just Power Alliance listened to more than 3,000 people in 47 institutions—including congregations, schools, unions, and tenants’ associations. Our facilitators asked participants, “What is keeping you and your family from thriving?”

On January 14, over 100 people packed the room for our “How Housing Policy Shapes Maryland’s Economy” event, featuring Comptroller Lierman and co-hosted by PATH (part of the Maryland Just Power Alliance), the Horizon Foundation, and partner housing organizations.

RENEW Act Victory!
Congratulations! On December 16, the Maryland General Assembly overrode the Governor’s veto and passed the RENEW Act!
